EC 2009: Hotel Rooms & Pre-Registration

In a week, the VtES EC 2009 organization team will release the rooms they blocked for EC attendees that haven't been booked yet, so they will be bookable by anyone from that date on, which means that any of you trying to book a room after that date may find it difficult.

Note that if you book online via the Hotel's website you will get a better price for your room:
44,10 Euro / person & night in a double room (w/ full board: which
includes breakfast, lunch and dinner)
And do not forget to pre-register here for the events on the official VtES EC 2009 Website.

    The per person/night price has increased in a few days, and has become more expensive than the one offered through the EC website. So I recommend everyone to book their rooms via the EC website.
